Community Consortiums (formerly known as Community Action Networks or CANs)
Consortium is a group of people invested in achieving shared goals and creating an environment that supports maternal, infant, and family health and wellbeing. We look to address any gaps in service, increase awareness of infant health issues, and focus on other social determinants of health such as housing concerns, food insecurity, and education.
Our Community Consortium’s areas of focus are:
- Breastfeeding
- Early Brain Development
- Safe Sleep
- Housing
- Food Insecurity
As we have expanded to other counties, you will see our partner list grow! If you know anyone who should attend these meetings, please send us an email and we will get them added to our roster! We thank you for your partnership!
