Self Care Tip
It’s Not What You Think! Taking Care of little ones can be physically and emotionally difficult. And it’s just as important to focus on taking care of mom as it is to care for baby. Caring for yourself now that you are a mother might not be what the typical idea of self-care looks like but here’s some self-care musts for every mama!
- Set Boundaries: Prioritize your own needs. Think about what you’d like your me time to look like, communicate your rules, and ask for help!
- Rest & Recover: Take time to heal properly. Take a bath, squeeze in naps with the baby, drink plenty of water, and stay in bed as much as you can!
- Eat Nourishing Foods: It is important to eat plenty of good foods to replenish & provide your body with all the energy & nutrition it needs to heal.
- Soak in the Cuddles: Parenting is HARD and you don’t have to enjoy every moment. Love on your little ones every chance that you get!
